We’re cousins from San Juan de Miraflores—raised in a place where moving forward wasn’t guaranteed, it was a choice. Cooking became our way through. Our way up.
We started at the bottom—washing dishes, watching, learning. And understanding early on that passion alone isn’t enough. This craft demands discipline, consistency, and character.
Our grandmother María, a cook at heart, taught us what cooking really means—the memories, the flavors, the stories that shape a path. Over time, we pushed ourselves to the limit and had the chance to learn from great mentors who believed in what we could become.
